Candice Moore created My Other Guidance Counselor out of a passion for leading and developing people. An award winning executive, Candice has worked in retail, non-profit and the healthcare industries, successfully leading large and small teams.

She has helped develop mentoring programs at a large regional health care company and she mentors recent college graduates on starting their careers. Additionally she serves on the executive board of a non profit helping homeless mothers. However, Candice feels her greatest achievements has been guiding her children to be productive adults with their own careers.
